MONEY COUNT FORM
Form to use when turning money over to the Treasurer.
REIMBURSEMENT VOUCHER
From time to time, those heading a fund-raiser will need to purchase products from their own funds and then request reimbursement from Project Graduation funds. You will need to print and fill out this form and turn it in along with the receipt(s) to our treasurer.
This the official Sponsor letter that you can print and take it to every merchant you patronize, your company, or anyone else that you think should support YOUR senior. Feel free to ADD your name and number to the document.
501 (C) (3) Non Profit Letter
This letter verifies that we are a 501 (C) (3) Non Profit Organization. You can print this and give to businesses requesting verification.
