Form to use when turning money over to the Treasurer.

From time to time, those heading a fund-raiser will need to purchase products from their own funds and then request reimbursement from Project Graduation funds. You will need to print and fill out this form and turn it in along with the receipt(s) to our treasurer.

Corporate Sponsor Letter

This the official Sponsor letter that you can print and take it to every merchant you patronize, your company, or anyone else that you think should support YOUR senior. Feel free to ADD your name and number to the document.

Sponsor Letter for Auction

This is the letter Howard Chase has written up with different monetary sponsorship levels. You can print this letter and take to business asking them for monetary donations for the auction. Money will be used to purchase items to be auctioned off.

Auction Sponsor Letter with No Monetary Sponsorship Levels

This is the letter Howard Chase would like us to use when just asking for donated items for the Auction. The "Sponsor Letter for Auction" is the one to use to ask for monetary donations.

501 (C) (3) Non Profit Letter

This letter verifies that we are a 501 (C) (3) Non Profit Organization. You can print this and give to businesses requesting verification.

Invitations for Auction

Seniors - print the following tickets and be sure to put your name in the appropriate space, cut and give to each adult you are inviting. They must print their name and present invitation at the auction, (November 8, 2008), when they check in at the door. We suggest giving out more than five invitations in case someone is not able to attend the auction.
